When you place an order, we collect your name, company, address, email, telephone number and, where applicable, VAT ID. We use this data exclusively for the execution of the contract, shipping, invoicing and legally required retention (e.g. commercial and tax law, § 147 AO). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) GDPR.
The shopping cart is stored exclusively locally in your browser (local storage). No cookies are set and no data is transmitted to our server as long as you do not submit an order.
When you access our pages, our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, date/time, the page accessed and the user agent. This data serves technical security and error analysis purposes and is deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We disclose your data only to shipping service providers (DHL/DPD) for delivery and to banks/tax advisors to the extent legally required. No transfer to third countries takes place.
Order data is stored in accordance with commercial and tax law retention periods (6 or 10 years respectively) and deleted thereafter.
