Right of withdrawal & returns

This is a convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.

Notice on the right of withdrawal

Since our online offer is directed exclusively at commercial customers (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal within the meaning of §§ 312g, 355 BGB. These provisions apply only to consumer contracts.

Voluntary right of return

As a gesture of goodwill, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The goods are in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• The original seal and packaging are undamaged.
• The return is sent carriage paid to our address in 82538 Geretsried.

Please contact us before any return at info@livoxtech.de, so that we can prepare the return and issue an RMA number.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days by bank transfer to the account known to us.

Exclusion of the right of return

The voluntary right of return does not apply to custom-made items, customer-specific configured sensors, or sensors that have already been put into operation.
